
Learning & Development Specialist – Go To Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate business priorities along with knowledge gaps into effective learning objectives and solutions.
• Create and develop engaging learning experiences across various modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, digital, presentations, toolkits, job aids, practice, assessments, and reinforcement.
• Utilize adult learning theories and instructional design principles to recommend appropriate learning strategies, modalities, sequencing, and reinforcement techniques.
• Curate and modify both internal and external content to enhance learning experiences.
• Produce facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, knowledge assessments, and other resources for effective delivery.
• Ensure that learning materials are polished, consistent, accessible, and align with Harbor's quality standards.
• Oversee assigned learning projects from the discovery phase through development, launch, and evaluation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities of stakeholders.
• Coordinate the development of content and review cycles across Delivery, Client Engagement, L&D, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, scope, and barriers.
• Facilitate project meetings, design sessions, content reviews, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with GTM leaders, SMEs, L&D, and other cross-functional partners.
• Lead discovery discussions, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Collaborate with external learning and content providers as necessary.
• Develop and maintain digital learning content utilizing Articulate 360.
• Support the implementation and launch of learning programs through Workday Learning, including course setup, testing, learner journeys, materials, and launch readiness.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure high standards.
• Utilize learning technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of content development.
• Establish measures for learning effectiveness and create assessments, knowledge checks, surveys, and evaluation methods.
• Analyze learner feedback, stakeholder insights, and learning data to suggest improvements.
• Document lessons learned and reusable content for future initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of pertinent experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in independently managing learning deliverables and workstreams for adult learners.
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, and blended learning strategies.
• Strong skills in project and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and consulting abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and learning/content development tools like Articulate 360.
• Capability to independently manage multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, sales enablement, or a similarly fast-paced, knowledge-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning or a comparable Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Full-time, temporary engagement for 5–6 months.
• Contract position.
