Learning & Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and implement training programs tailored for both individual contributors and managers.

• Conduct live, virtual sessions for groups ranging from 5 to 30 participants.

• Develop learning trajectories aligned with the company’s leveling framework.

• Transform the best practices of top performers into reusable content for the organization.

• Manage the entire onboarding process from the time of offer through the first 90 days.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees across various countries.

• Enhance onboarding processes based on feedback from new hires.

• Conduct 30-, 60-, 90-, and 180-day follow-up check-ins.

• Collaborate with team leaders on individual development plans.

• Assist in the performance review cycle conducted biannually.

• Streamline processes that should be automated instead of performed manually.

• Create reports to assess the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.

• Report directly to the HR Manager.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and team leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or training, focusing on program creation and delivery rather than mere coordination.

• Comfortable with public speaking; a significant aspect of this role involves leading sessions in front of groups.

• Proficient in Professional English at C1/C2 Level.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.

• Experience in partnering with teams is preferred.

• Background in a rapidly growing company that developed its people function concurrently is advantageous.

• Knowledge of performance review cycles, leveling, or compensation structures is beneficial.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance personal workflow is a plus.
