This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define, design, and implement learning and development initiatives throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business goals and skill gaps.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and establish objectives and outcomes.
• Suggest suitable learning solutions, including instances where training may not be the solution.
• Create programs based on adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
• Develop workshops, virtual sessions, digital modules, toolkits, and blended learning pathways.
• Produce content that fosters effective performance, talent, and career discussions.
• Facilitate learning sessions tailored to diverse audiences and formats.
• Build and maintain internal facilitator and subject matter expert networks.
• Oversee external providers when specialized expertise is necessary.
• Counsel leaders on learning and capability development.
• Forge relationships across both clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Navigate competing priorities and establish realistic timelines.
• Establish success metrics and assess learning effectiveness using data, feedback, and behavioral changes.
• Measure and communicate business impact to the Head of Leadership and Early Careers as well as program sponsors.
• Continuously enhance learning content, formats, and delivery methods.
• Keep abreast of external best practices and market insights.
• Streamline, scale, and digitize learning solutions, including utilizing AI.
• Contribute to a cohesive learning strategy across the Talent and Learning team.
• Proven experience in scoping, designing, and delivering learning programs.
• Strong facilitation abilities across various formats and audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in creating content for leadership, management, or talent development.
• Confidence in partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results swiftly.
• Strong analytical skills, with a background in measuring learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Coaching qualification or accreditation is desirable.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in a multi-site or healthcare setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of performance and talent management processes is a plus.
