This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Design and uphold Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
• Streamline business processes and reporting workflows through Power Automate and Power Apps
• Evaluate learning, workforce, and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish reporting needs and offer insightful recommendations
• Provide support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and manage learning technology
• Present data-driven insights that bolster Learning & Development and Strategic Management initiatives
• Assess learning effectiveness, learner engagement, workforce trends, project progression, and operational outcomes
• Convert data from diverse systems into actionable insights to enhance reporting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or a related discipline; or a comparable combination of education and experience
• Over 3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, HR analytics, learning analytics, or a similar field
• Proficient in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Skilled in automating processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Preferred: Experience in supporting Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or People Analytics teams
• Preferred: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Schoox, or similar) and/or digital adoption platforms like Whatfix
• Preferred: Knowledge of SQL, data query tools, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Must undergo a criminal background check and verification of employment, education, and licensing
• Must be bondable
