This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance, personalize, and optimize operational workflows across member organizations.
• Provide temporary support for administrative and technical Electronic Health Record (EHR) functions.
• Oversee, manage, and resolve JIRA tickets and internal help requests.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for both staff and providers.
• Assess clinic workflows and offer strategic recommendations to member leadership.
• Identify operational deficiencies and propose sustainable solutions to enhance EHR efficiency and performance.
• Partner with executive-level member leadership on workflow evaluations, optimization strategies, strategic decision-making, and member engagement initiatives.
• Deliver engaging Epic training through personalized labs, sessions, hands-on support, and cohort-based learning during and after go-lives.
• Provide coaching on workflows, optimization, and best practice recommendations.
• Assist members and stakeholders in navigating operational transformations and change management strategies.
• Support the design and enhancement of learning programs, training materials, lesson plans, and training aids.
• Gather and analyze feedback and learning data to enhance learning activities, workflow adoption, and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HCCN, Clinical Informatics, Research, and other departments on special projects, grants, and workflow enhancements.
• Configure components of the Epic system and document any changes and enhancements made to the system.
• Mentor and guide peers and new team members.
• Travel as necessary to support go-live installations and training sessions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role is required.
• 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering Epic training is preferred.
• Experience in conducting training through in-person consultations, one-on-one, group, virtual, and phone formats is required.
• Experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows for a diverse range of end-users with varying levels of technical proficiency is preferred.
• A strong understanding of health center clinical operations, particularly in an ambulatory care context, is preferred.
• Experience with User Security and Provider Administration is highly desirable.
• Smart Tool Development/Smart Tool Build experience is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally.
• Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English is required.
• Capability to work independently and efficiently from a home office.
