This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Cultivate robust relationships with sales leaders and essential stakeholders.
• Recognize performance obstacles, capability deficiencies, and avenues for growth.
• Assess business requirements and propose effective interventions, including learning initiatives, coaching, manager development, performance support tools, and process enhancements.
• Utilize business insights and data to prioritize initiatives that yield measurable benefits.
• Design and execute capability programs that align with strategic business objectives.
• Assist in onboarding and expedite the time-to-productivity for new employees.
• Create role-specific learning pathways for sales, channel, and services teams.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and resources for performance support.
• Integrate best-practice sales behaviors, methodologies, and operational approaches.
• Equip frontline managers with the necessary skills and confidence to be effective coaches.
• Create coaching frameworks, tools, and resources.
• Aid leaders in conducting high-impact coaching conversations and performance evaluations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and development.
• Design and facilitate impactful virtual and in-person workshops.
• Lead programs centered on sales effectiveness, leadership, communication, customer engagement, and commercial acumen.
• Ensure that learning experiences are practical, relevant, and focused on application in the role.
• Contribute to wider organizational learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Curate and utilize innovative internal and external learning resources.
• Define clear success metrics for all programs and initiatives.
• Track adoption, behavior change, and business performance outcomes.
• Analyze feedback and data to continually enhance effectiveness.
• Provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Performance Consulting, or a related field within a global organization.
• Experience working internally in a global organization within the technology sector.
• Strong comprehension of sales environments and commercial drivers.
• Proven capability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and executing capability and performance improvement solutions.
• Exceptional coaching and facilitation abilities.
• Confidence in utilizing data and insights to identify opportunities and demonstrate impact.
• A proactive, consultative approach with a strong emphasis on business results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
