This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Cultivate robust relationships with sales leaders and essential stakeholders.
• Recognize performance challenges, capability deficiencies, and growth possibilities.
• Assess business requirements and propose impactful interventions, including learning initiatives, coaching, manager development, performance support tools, and process enhancements.
• Utilize business insights and data to prioritize initiatives that yield measurable value.
• Design and execute capability programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Assist in onboarding and expedite the time-to-productivity for new employees.
• Create role-specific learning journeys across sales, channel, and services teams.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and performance support materials.
• Integrate best-practice sales behaviors, methodologies, and operational approaches.
• Equip frontline managers with the skills and confidence necessary to be effective coaches.
• Develop coaching frameworks, tools, and resources.
• Aid leaders in conducting impactful coaching conversations and performance reviews.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and development.
• Design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person workshops.
• Facilitate programs focused on sales effectiveness, leadership, communication, customer engagement, and commercial acumen.
• Ensure learning experiences are practical, relevant, and concentrated on role application.
• Contribute to broader organizational learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Curate and utilize innovative internal and external learning resources.
• Establish clear success metrics for all programs and initiatives.
• Monitor adoption, behavioral changes, and business performance results.
• Analyze feedback and data to continually enhance effectiveness.
• Provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Performance Consulting, or a related field within a global organization.
• Experience working internally within a global organization in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of sales environments and commercial drivers.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and implementing capability and performance enhancement solutions.
• Exceptional coaching and facilitation skills.
• Confidence in utilizing data and insights to identify opportunities and demonstrate impact.
• A proactive, consultative approach with a strong emphasis on business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills, along with proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
