• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• Background in leadership, marketing, communications, consulting, business development, client relationships, sales, HR, learning and development, or a similar field.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish professional relationships.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing CRM, communication, and various digital tools.

• Capability to work independently and take ownership of activities and results.

• Willingness to adhere to an established, step-by-step process.

• Dedication to ongoing leadership, personal, and professional development.

• Must reside in the United States or Canada; candidates from other locations may be considered based on eligibility.

• Previous experience in the personal development sector is not mandatory.
