Lead Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Exceptional design — crafting visually striking and contemporary UI for the company's website, landing pages, and digital platforms.

• High-priority projects — autonomously managing strategically significant projects from initial concept to a final, development-ready mockup.

• Client collaboration — refining the design vision even when the client has not fully articulated their needs — presenting an innovative idea instead of waiting for a detailed brief.

• Creative collaboration — partnering with the UX/technical designer, who oversees structure and flow, while working closely with the art director to collectively uphold the visual standard.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design expertise — a robust web design portfolio showcasing a distinct "wow" factor: modern, visually impeccable interfaces and landing pages.

• UI proficiency — advanced UI skills: typography, composition, color theory, attention to detail, and experience with design systems.

• UX awareness — considering more than just aesthetics — grasping flows, usability, and user behavior in collaboration with the UX designer.

• Target audience insight — designing specifically for a defined audience (complex B2B/enterprise clients) instead of an undefined user base.

• Initiative — the capability to guide stakeholders and advocate for design choices, not merely complete assigned tasks.

• Self-sufficiency — the ability to navigate a complex project to completion without detailed step-by-step guidance.

• Conversion design expertise (PPC) — experience with advertising landing pages and a comprehension of conversion design is advantageous.

• Figma proficiency — fluent in Figma, adept at working with design systems and preparing mockups for development handoff. (Must have)

• Adobe skills — proficiency in After Effects / Premiere (video) and Photoshop (photo). (Must have)

• AI design and development knowledge — utilizing generative tools and AI-assisted design in everyday tasks; ability to create with AI and execute modern web effects (animations, scroll interactions, micro-interactions).

• Frontend awareness (HTML / CSS / JS) — understanding the basics of responsive design and layout limitations; deeper skills are a strong advantage.

• English proficiency — B2 level or higher (experience working with English-speaking products and audiences).
