Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly experiences for web, mobile, and kiosk platforms.

• Convert business requirements, product goals, and user needs into engaging interface designs.

• Generate concepts from initial visual brainstorming to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Consistently apply brand standards and established design-system components across digital products.

• Develop responsive layouts tailored for various devices, screen sizes, and interaction models.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and design solutions.

• Prepare design specifications, assets, interaction guidelines, and documentation for development teams.

• Engage in design critiques and integrate feedback while maintaining a strong visual perspective.

• Review implemented experiences and resolve discrepancies between approved designs and the final product.

• Support multiple teams and initiatives while effectively managing priorities, deadlines, and feedback.

• Assist in enhancing shared patterns and reusable components when recurring design needs arise.

• Ensure designs adhere to usability, accessibility, consistency, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 4 years of professional experience in web, visual, UI, or digital experience design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and interface design for responsive digital products.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, styles, libraries, and interactive prototypes.

• A solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, spacing, and layout.

• Experience in designing responsive experiences for web, mobile, and various screen sizes.

• Capability to translate product requirements, user needs, and brand guidelines into refined visual solutions.

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and development-ready design specifications.

• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Familiarity with usability and accessibility best practices.

• Experience collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across complex digital experiences.

• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication with international teams.

• Solid visual design fundamentals and experience in responsive design.

• Experience with design systems and development-ready design handoffs.
