Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver top-quality, visually captivating web designs that enhance clients’ digital presence.

• Assist the Creative Department and clients by providing expertly designed visual solutions.

• Produce pixel-perfect designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Implement UI/UX best practices and transform complex ideas into smooth, intuitive designs.

• Work closely with the creative team on design strategies.

• Quickly adapt and grasp new concepts, including those related to the medical field.

• Act as the primary support to the Creative Services Manager within the design domain.

• Foster collaboration and mentorship within the team and across different departments.

• Present creative work to clients and integrate constructive feedback.

• Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions and discussions.

• Partner with colleagues to address creative and technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.

• BA/BS degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field; alternatively, 4+ years of experience in an agency setting or equivalent qualifications.

• Proven ability to interact effectively with customers/clients.

• Knowledge of responsive web design and current design standards.

• Proficient in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, web fonts (both Adobe and Google fonts), and browser inspector tools.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, UX, and SEO principles.

• Ability to respond and adjust promptly and professionally when changes arise.

• Capacity to enhance designs and collaborate with individuals possessing a wide range of understanding.

• Strong and polished verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.

• Skill in developing and assessing multiple options and implementing solutions.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• A portfolio showcasing design work.

• Résumé and cover letter (PDF format preferred).

• Willingness to complete an at-home design skills assessment if selected.
