Web Designer – Mid-Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create web pages that enhance user engagement and interaction for new users.

• Develop marketing interfaces within mobile applications.

• Examine website patterns and user flows.

• Identify flaws in architecture and design.

• Recommend appropriate solutions and improvement strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and business goals.

• Enhance user engagement and conversion rates through cohesive, user-centric strategies.

• Work alongside UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, Design System designers, copywriters, web content managers, graphic designers, and engineers.

• Present and justify design decisions and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.

• Contribute to shaping the web marketing landscape for NordVPN, a brand specializing in cybersecurity and VPN services.

• Demonstrated experience in web design.

• Strong portfolio exhibiting engaging, high-performing web pages.

• Outstanding visual and interaction design capabilities.

• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for intuitive user experiences.

• Ability to synchronize design with business objectives and user needs.

• Collaborative attitude and comfort working with data analytics, web content managers, and developers.

• Capacity to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Willingness to embrace AI-enhanced workflows and tools.

• Currently residing in Poland and available to work from Poland.
