Senior Experience Designer – Web, IVA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from initial concept to final delivery as a reliable individual contributor.

• Carry out tasks independently or in collaboration with other professionals, depending on the project's scope and complexity.

• Utilize established design systems, components, patterns, tokens, variables, and responsive behaviors to develop scalable web and interactive visual aid experiences.

• Convert creative ideas into solutions that maintain brand integrity while adhering to technical, accessibility, regulatory, system, and business requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with Art, Copy, Development teams, and fellow Experience Designers.

• Assess tradeoffs, address design challenges, incorporate feedback, and make well-informed execution decisions.

• Guide fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and by setting a strong example.

• Produce high-quality, production-ready digital experiences across web platforms and interactive visual aids.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, animation, or interactive design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience in designing websites or IVAs within the pharmaceutical sector or other highly regulated industries.

• Familiarity with contributing to or working within design systems.

• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other design professionals.

• Experience in optimizing creative work for performance marketing goals.

• Basic understanding of HTML as it pertains to media banner production.

• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).

• Expertise in timeline-based motion design and animation software.

• Understanding of responsive and modular design frameworks.

• A systems thinker with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to translate strategy and creative vision into scalable execution.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while demonstrating accountability.
