This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and deliver both instructor-led and virtual training programs for customers on Cotiviti Interoperability Smart Trading and Encounter Management products, features, and workflows.
• Conduct assessments of training needs with customer stakeholders and design, develop, and deliver tailored learning content.
• Incorporate role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures into the training delivery.
• Oversee post-training evaluations, gather feedback, generate learning analytics reports, and share insights with customer success teams.
• Act as the main training contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Provide instructor-led and virtual training programs for staff.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and cross-training of staff within the Interoperability Smart Trading and Encounter Management programs.
• Design and manage certification programs for Cotiviti Interoperability product experts.
• Evaluate advanced-level certification exams and adjudicate capstone skill assessments.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Cotiviti products, healthcare interoperability, payer domains, X12, HIPAA, and specific state regulatory requirements.
• Create, utilize, troubleshoot, and promote the adoption of EdiSense Productivity Agent and Cotiviti Interoperability University Training Assistant.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to convert product and regulatory updates into training modifications.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support during live training sessions.
• Keep abreast of trends and best practices in virtual facilitation and technical training.
• Fulfill performance review responsibilities, special projects, and other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical training, product training, customer enablement, onboarding, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles supporting enterprise software or technology products.
• Proven experience in delivering customer-facing training for enterprise software or technology products.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms for content deployment and learner management.
• Professional certification in SaaS and/or AI/ML is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare technology, data interoperability, or regulated industry training environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or EDI standards is a plus.
• Previous experience training international or cross-cultural audiences via Zoom or MS Teams is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client training engagements simultaneously.
