Lead Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and planning of testing activities

• Coordinate the testing team and assign tasks

• Define scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria

• Oversee both manual and automated testing processes

• Ensure the execution of functional, regression, integration, E2E, and PCR testing

• Manage defects and incidents using Jira

• Monitor progress, risks, and quality metrics

• Collaborate with technical teams and business areas

• Drive initiatives involving AI applied to Testing

• Ensure quality, documentation, and traceability of tests

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Tester Lead, QA Lead, or Test Leader

• Strong knowledge in automated testing

• Experience in designing and executing test cases

• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing

• Experience in validating critical processes, PCR, and business rules

• Management and tracking of defects through Jira

• Documentation of evidence, results, and defects

• Ability to coordinate teams and collaborate with Development, Business, Product, and PM areas

• Development of metrics, quality reports, risks, and executive status updates

• 3-4 years of experience

• Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree
