Lead Technical Consultant – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct mid to large-scale software development initiatives

• Design, develop, implement, and deploy solutions for Oracle Integrations

• Create OIC integrations linking Oracle Cloud applications with legacy systems

• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to establish integration requirements and strategies

• Offer technical leadership in key strategic Oracle Cloud projects

• Provide thought leadership and expertise in Oracle Cloud development

• Generate technology roadmaps that align with Argano’s vision and strategic goals

• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation frameworks

• Supervise implementation activities to ensure adherence to architecture and design principles

• Ensure that solutions meet availability, scalability, performance, and security standards

• Mentor and coach members of the Cloud Technical team

• Design and implement solutions, collect and assess requirements, and conduct infrastructure requirement analysis

• Collaborate with client personnel to share technical knowledge and provide guidance on best practices

• Guarantee the quality of development deliverables through established testing methodologies

• Facilitate knowledge transfer via meetings, presentations, and demonstrations

• Maintain documented procedural instructions for the handoff to clients

• Report progress to engagement management

• Engage in special projects and undertake additional assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT

• Technical development experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS

• Experience with Oracle PaaS, particularly in Integration Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, and Database Cloud Service

• Proficiency in Oracle Middleware integration development, including SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware

• Experience in extending Oracle SaaS with PaaS, including custom applications in JCS or similar platforms

• Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager, LDAP, MS Active Directory, and identity propagation

• Experience as a solution architect or lead on at least two full life-cycle Oracle Cloud application or on-premise implementations

• Expertise in Web Services and Oracle Cloud Web Services, including SOAP and REST

• Experience with data conversion in Oracle Cloud

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS Security

• Technical skills in creating BI Publisher, FRS, and OTBI reports

• Functional understanding of Oracle applications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related discipline

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations

• Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces

• Advanced understanding of programming languages

• Experience in creating and managing databases

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Advanced project management capabilities
