Lead Technical Consultant – ABAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance to developers within the Solutions Factory.

• Delegate tasks and supervise the team's efforts from a technical standpoint.

• Assist in resolving queries, overcoming obstacles, and making technical decisions.

• Perform technical assessments of solutions and project deliverables.

• Aid in estimating, planning, and analyzing the complexity of requests.

• Identify and address technical risks while suggesting viable solutions.

• Foster knowledge sharing and support the technical advancement of the team.

• Contribute to projects, products, integrations, and innovation endeavors.

• Engage directly in more intricate assignments.

• Act as a technical reference for developers, coordinators, and management.

• Provide technical leadership to the development team at HRST Brasil’s Solutions Factory.

• Assist in defining solutions and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer/Consultant.

• Prior experience in a Technical Lead role or as a technical reference for a team.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM and/or SAP ECP.

• Proficient in SAP integrations, APIs, Web Services, OData, RFC, and/or IDoc.

• Background in architecture, technical analysis, and solution design.

• Experience conducting code reviews and establishing development standards.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

• Proactive, collaborative, organized, and decisive work style.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) and Fiori/UI5 is advantageous.

• Understanding of logic, data, object-oriented programming, and Git.

• Experience leading an ABAP development factory.

• Integration experience using CPI.
