
Lead Talent Acquisition Governance – Enablement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the primary contact for Talent Acquisition regarding hiring compliance, focusing on ADMT/AEDT requirements for AI-driven and automated hiring solutions.
• Convert changing regulations into Talent Acquisition policies, standards, recruiter instructions, candidate disclosures, opt-out processes, and recordkeeping guidelines.
• Analyze AI-assisted hiring tools and assist with bias audits by evaluating vendor risk, transparency, disparate impact data, findings, and remediation strategies.
• Perform regular audits, identify potential risks, suggest corrective measures, and maintain Talent Acquisition documentation.
• Oversee the governance of external vendors, agencies, and firms.
• Create and deliver comprehensive Talent Acquisition training for recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Set recruiter standards, monitor completion and adherence, identify deficiencies, and enforce accountability.
• Develop and sustain Talent Acquisition toolkits, playbooks, learning resources, and best-practice recommendations.
• Evaluate capability gaps and design focused development initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of tools, processes, and policies through enablement and change management.
• Assess the effectiveness of training and enablement through success metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
• Foster consistency and quality throughout the entire hiring process.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance candidate and hiring leader experiences.
• Manage relocation and referral programs.
• Review and analyze experiences, tools, and event activities to ensure inclusive and compliant hiring practices while optimizing future events and partnerships.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor hiring activities, talent movement, and labor market data.
• Develop proactive talent pipeline strategies that align with future workforce requirements.
• Supervise talent pipelines encompassing passive talent, active candidates, and early-career professionals.
• Lead engagement and outreach strategies for pipelines, including automation, communication frameworks, nurture campaigns, and tracking standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, operations, compliance, governance, or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Risk.
• Experience in operationalizing policies, controls, process enhancements, and governance practices.
• Background in risk mitigation, audit support, regulatory compliance, and data-driven assessment within Talent Acquisition, HR, or other people-related processes.
• Experience in leading training, change management, and capability-building initiatives.
• Knowledge of ADMT/AEDT regulations.
• Familiarity with AI or automated hiring tools.
• Ability to quickly grasp compliance requirements and collaborate effectively with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Must meet applicable work authorization requirements as an E-Verify employer.
