This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Direct the strategic vision, design, and execution of associate technology at Humana, concentrating on Windows solutions.
• Oversee various systems and projects, encompassing policy management, compliance, and automation across Windows operating systems, ConfigMgr, and Intune.
• Establish business continuity and manage the assessment of Windows device system security, privacy, new device solutions, and backup procedures.
• Enhance Windows solutions across Humana’s business sectors, including Home Health and Primary Care.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design teams.
• Coordinate with security teams and other platform teams to develop cross-platform standards.
• Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
• 5 years of experience in Windows endpoint management utilizing Group Policy, ConfigMgr, or Intune.
• 3 years of experience implementing new technologies through Proof of Concepts/Values.
• 2 years of managing Edge browser using Group Policy, Intune, or Edge Management Service.
• 3 years of experience managing OEM hardware, BIOS, Drivers, and security configurations for Windows endpoints.
• 3 years of experience deploying Windows via Operating System Deployment, Windows Autopilot, or virtual platforms such as Hyper-V, eSX, or Windows 365/AVD.
• 2 years of experience performing automations using PowerShell, Python, or other automation languages.
• Certification: MD-102 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (preferred).
• Certification: Nexthink Associate certification or higher (preferred).
• Current membership in Microsoft Customer Connection Program (CCP) for Management (preferred).
• Experience with automating using Microsoft Graph API (preferred).
• Familiarity with Windows roadmap, lifecycle, and deployment of new capabilities (preferred).
• 3 years of experience securing Windows endpoints through close collaboration with security teams (preferred).
• 2 years of experience staying informed about industry and vendor trends through recognized programs like Gartner or Forrester (preferred).
• 2 years of experience using automation platforms such as System Center Orchestrator, Azure Automation, Azure DevOps, or low-code automations with Power Platform (preferred).
• 2 years of experience collaborating with other platform teams like Mac, Mobile, and Virtual to establish cross-platform standards (preferred).
• 1 year of experience using DEX tools such as Nexthink, Lakeside, or 1E (preferred).
• Must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Tampa, FL; or the New York City Metropolitan Area, NY.
• Home work requires a dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
• Home internet must meet minimum requirements of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval.
