Lead Supply Chain Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in daily supply chain operations to guarantee that business goals and service level expectations are consistently met.

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and seamless material availability.

• Handle material requisitions, customer orders, warehouse transfers, and activities related to inventory replenishment.

• Track inventory levels, stock distribution, and material usage to support operational needs and reduce supply disruptions.

• Implement inventory control measures, conduct stock counts, manage purchase orders, and engage in demand planning.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors by providing updates regarding order statuses, shipment timelines, and resolving issues.

• Address supplier inquiries and ensure effective communication throughout the procurement process.

• Work in partnership with Operations, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, Quality Control, Customer Support, and Project Management teams.

• Keep supply chain documentation, inventory records, reports, claims, and tracking logs organized using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.

• Offer cross-functional support and backup for members of the Supply Chain team.

• Identify and recommend enhancements for supply chain processes, operational efficiency, and inventory management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Planning, or a similar role.

• Experience in the Food Manufacturing or Food Distribution sector is highly desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• High attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrates sound judgment, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Able to work under pressure while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
