Lead, Solution Engineer, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to transform prospects into customers.

• Prepare and present customized technical product demonstrations during client meetings, webinars, and customer events.

• Communicate product messaging through whiteboard and slide presentations.

• Oversee proofs of concept and respond to RFP documentation.

• Address functional and technical inquiries from customers, as well as their requirements.

• Conduct detailed workflow analysis and assess interactions between Freshworks and customer infrastructure.

• Gather, evaluate, and relay customer requirements to central product management.

• Champion the Freshworks brand and advocate for product solutions and services to prospects, customers, and partners.

• Collaborate with sales, product management, and client services to implement the sales strategy.

• Train sales teams on Freshworks products, technical details, and new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken Dutch at a native level.

• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering.

• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM, SaaS, or software product environments.

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure.

• Exceptional communication skills with senior customer stakeholders and internal teams.

• Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities.

• High-level presentation and demonstration capabilities.

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

• Highly motivated, execution-oriented, and possesses a sense of urgency.
