This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of use-case identification and swift prototyping in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Discover, evaluate, and validate AI and technological opportunities by creating working proof-of-concepts.
• Promote the adoption of an AI-First software development lifecycle throughout discovery, design, coding, testing, code reviews, and delivery.
• Lead engineering efforts across digital workplace, collaboration, identity, endpoint, intranet, and workflow automation platforms.
• Enhance associate experiences and automate manual workflows effectively.
• Stay actively involved in complex development while providing technical leadership, mentorship, and conducting code reviews.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Convert requirements into scalable solutions in partnership with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Direct technical design and architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Manage delivery priorities, address risks and dependencies, and communicate updates and results.
• Create reusable integration patterns, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards.
• Diagnose intricate production and integration issues while upholding data integrity and business value.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in developing and delivering custom web, mobile, enterprise, or integration solutions.
• More than 4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, design advice, architecture, and ownership of delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with Python and/or Rust.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Ability to integrate Microsoft 365, Workday, Simpplr, Power Automate, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Jamf.
• Proficient in designing and utilizing secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI to enhance delivery and prototype AI applications.
• Advanced expertise in TypeScript and core JavaScript (ES6+).
• Ability to articulate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
