Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct Exoware’s production environment from the ground up.

• Implement automation for deployment, scaling, upgrades, and recovery.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, telemetry, and operational tools.

• Ensure design prioritizes data safety, availability, and security.

• Collaborate with Kubernetes, ECS, cloud services, and related infrastructure.

• Create software that enhances Exoware’s deployment and operational processes.

• Incorporate production insights into the foundational software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building production infrastructure for real systems at significant scale.

• Familiarity with greenfield production infrastructure.

• Experience with distributed or stateful systems.

• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and orchestration.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, ECS, or similar platforms.

• Expertise in CI/CD processes and deployment automation.

• Experience with observability, reliability, and recovery methodologies.

• Understanding of networking, storage, or systems software.

• Proficient in writing code, making architectural decisions, and establishing production environments.
