Lead Senior Project Manager – Industrial Facility Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for a client account in the aerospace industrial and logistics sector.

• Oversee multiple real estate projects from their inception to completion.

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.

• Execute complex requests for proposals and conduct thorough bid evaluations.

• Advise clients on recommended project resources.

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure project functions remain on schedule and address or escalate any issues as necessary.

• Lead regular project status meetings.

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion.

• Develop enhanced methods to achieve individual and departmental objectives.

• Mentor others and cultivate functional expertise.

• Set a positive example in alignment with CBRE RISE values.

• Influence senior stakeholders and individuals with differing views to consider alternative perspectives.

• Affect customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams.

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Experience in construction management within a multiuse industrial and logistics commercial facility is desirable.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

• Experience with MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software is required.

• Familiarity with Bluebeam is advantageous.

• An innovative mindset to create methods that go beyond existing solutions.

• Ability to address unique challenges using both standard and innovative solutions with broad business implications.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• A highly inquisitive mindset.
