
Lead, Sales Execution β AFH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales by identifying issues, structuring decisions, and offering recommendations.
β’ Develop and oversee the weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sales business schedules.
β’ Organize Quarterly Channel Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, and leadership evaluations.
β’ Facilitate pre-reads, agendas, decision logs, and follow-up actions.
β’ Convert leadership directives into sequenced initiatives with defined milestones, responsible owners, and success metrics.
β’ Promote the adoption of new practices and tools through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
β’ Lead strategic ad hoc projects for the VP, focusing on transformation initiatives, organizational redesign, productivity enhancements, and tool implementations.
β’ Identify process inefficiencies and enact improvements.
β’ Benchmark and implement enhancements in planning, execution, and communication.
β’ Establish governance frameworks for priorities, including charters, RACI matrices, milestones, KPI tracking, and risk/issue management.
β’ Coordinate projects aimed at culture, engagement, onboarding, and leadership development.
β’ Connect AFH Sales with cross-functional teams.
β’ Anticipate stakeholder concerns, address blockers, and escalate risks with mitigation strategies.
β’ Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across executive leadership and peer groups.
β’ Create and maintain executive-level KPI performance dashboards in collaboration with vendors and internal IT.
β’ Provide forward-looking insights, trend analyses, root-cause evaluations, scenarios, and their implications.
β’ Monitor competitive and customer dynamics and synthesize their implications for leadership.
β’ Identify risks and lead the development of structured mitigation plans.
β’ Maintain an issues log and ensure resolution through responsible parties, due dates, and escalation channels.
β’ Report to the VP of Sales and participate in the Sales Leadership Team.
β’ Supervise a team of 5 direct reports.
β’ Extensive and proven sales business expertise with strong business acumen.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
β’ Strong project management skills.
β’ Experience managing multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
β’ Capability to complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
β’ Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
β’ Ability to collaborate and present ideas effectively.
β’ Skill in managing internal stakeholders at various levels.
β’ Demonstrated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
β’ Willingness to travel and/or drive as needed.
β’ Ability to operate a computer and view screens for nearly 100% of the work schedule.
β’ Required to work on a salaried, exempt schedule.
