Lead Registered Nurse, Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate pertinent patient history, clinical observations, and treatment-related information to ensure readiness for treatment and the safe delivery of care.

• Confirm prescribed therapies, treatment parameters, and necessary clinical information prior to the administration of care.

• Address patient needs, treatment responses, and any changes in condition during and post-therapy.

• Document assessments, treatment activities, patient reactions, and clinical observations.

• Record patient education, care updates, and follow-up actions.

• Coordinate appointments, treatment milestones, and care activities with caregivers and healthcare stakeholders.

• Implement nursing standards, clinical protocols, and documentation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or a related field is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity software is required.

• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats are necessary.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Capability to analyze information and utilize problem-solving skills.

• Skill in presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a broader team.

• Proficient in building effective interpersonal working relationships.
