Lead Recruiter – Product Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for various positions.

• Supervise the entire recruitment cycle for multiple roles to achieve hiring goals.

• Create and sustain candidate pipelines by utilizing sourcing strategies and existing talent networks.

• Develop and maintain sourcing funnels through talent pools, market mapping, and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate with business leaders and HR and Compensation stakeholders on recruitment strategies.

• Keep track of market trends and industry standards to pinpoint competitive sourcing strategies.

• Leverage knowledge of business functions to recruit candidates who align with Deckers Brands’ core values.

• Ensure a positive, efficient, and candidate-focused hiring experience.

• Contribute to the strategic initiatives and global programs of the Global Talent Acquisition & People Experience team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a matrixed environment.

• Proficient in providing consultative support that combines strategic insight with operational execution.

• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, diverse corporate setting.

• Experience in recruiting for Product Creation roles in Performance and Fashion Footwear and Apparel.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.

• Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.

• Preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone.
