Lead Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Transform high-level architecture and modules provided by the Architect into comprehensive technical designs.

• Guide the development of applications based on Python.

• Create and develop applications utilizing FastAPI and Python.

• Construct and integrate applications that are deployed via Databricks Apps.

• Develop components spanning the UI, application/integration, and database layers.

• Construct essential core components and offer technical guidance to developers.

• Decompose architecture into modules and allocate implementation responsibilities to engineers.

• Evaluate developer implementations to ensure they adhere to the architecture and technical design.

• Collaborate with PostgreSQL and manage database integration.

• Work alongside the Architect to address technical and design challenges.

• Ensure applications adhere to the multi-tenancy and isolation principles set forth by the architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the field.

• Strong proficiency in Python development.

• Extensive experience with FastAPI.

• Practical experience with Databricks Apps.

• Full-stack development expertise.

• Experience across UI, application/integration, and database layers.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.

• Strong SQL capabilities.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing application components from high-level architecture.

• Understanding of multi-tenant application development.

• Preferred: Experience with Streamlit.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Django.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Azure.

• Preferred: Experience with Azure Databricks.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AKS / Azure App Service.

• Experience deploying Python applications in cloud environments.
