This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with clients and lead Implementation Project Teams.
• Plan, schedule, and execute project or program deliverables efficiently.
• Conduct pre-sales scope planning along with managing implementation projects.
• Oversee product implementation, workflow, system design, configuration, and integration engineering activities.
• Manage customer relationships, partnerships, and account management functions.
• Assist BD product teams in the completion of upgrade projects.
• Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and monitor daily project activities.
• Develop and utilize project plans that include milestones and task responsibilities.
• Oversee project scope and prioritize customer needs.
• Identify project risks and formulate action plans accordingly.
• Manage and escalate project issues and risks as necessary.
• Set and manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
• Keep accurate records of project progress and details.
• Forecast revenue for the current and upcoming quarters.
• Employ governance tools such as scope documents, status reports, risk and change logs, and tollgates.
• Provide input for performance appraisals through peer reviews.
• Mentor, coach, and train project team members and colleagues.
• Collaborate effectively across TSC, Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Experience with HIS/EMR systems is preferred.
• Working knowledge of BD Medical Systems products is desired.
• Experience with integrated delivery networks or enterprise-level health systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and maintenance of the license are necessary.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• This is a home-based position that requires 25-75% overnight travel.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected.
• Ability to work independently from a home office is essential.
• Experience in managing virtual teams is preferred.
• Upon hiring, provide proof of and maintain current immunizations, including Hepatitis B, current-year Influenza, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
• Ability to adhere to applicable BD policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and forecasting and backlog management processes.
• Knowledge of recognized project management methodologies is required.
