📋 Description

• Oversee small-scale projects that involve fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services under general supervision.

• Supervise medium-sized projects encompassing 5–15 countries and/or comprehensive service projects with general oversight.

• Take the lead in producing project deliverables that meet established quality standards, delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Act as a co-manager for complex international projects and programs.

• Advocate for delivery and service principles in interactions with PSI customers.

• Direct project teams effectively.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to study team members.

• Engage in feasibility studies.

• Support business development initiatives, including drafting proposals, delivering client presentations, and participating in bid defense meetings.

• Apply company standard practices and adhere to departmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in clinical research.

• At least 2 years of experience in project-level clinical project management, overseeing all phases from initiation to closure.

• Experience in Oncology is preferred.

• Background in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is considered advantageous.
