Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee small projects that involve fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services.

• Supervise medium-sized projects that encompass 5–15 countries and/or full services.

• Act as a co-manager for intricate international projects/programs.

• Ensure that project deliverables adhere to established quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Advocate for PSI delivery and service principles in customer interactions.

• Lead project teams effectively.

• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to study team members.

• Engage in feasibility research activities.

• Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.

• Apply company standard practices and adhere to intradepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in project-level clinical project management.

• Proven experience managing all phases of projects from initiation to closure.

• Oncology experience is preferred.

• Background in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is an advantage.
