Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise medium complexity projects from planning to final delivery, including commissioning and closure.

• Manage the project's P&L, control costs, address risks, and optimize resources to ensure profitability.

• Serve as a reference for best practices and quality standards.

• Apply advanced technical knowledge to tackle complex industry challenges.

• Resolve technical or management issues in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.

• Facilitate communication with both internal and external clients, ensuring consensus and managing expectations.

• Mentor less experienced team members and promote the development of technical skills and project management capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent level of experience).

• Significant and demonstrable professional experience in managing infrastructure projects, EEP, and/or EPC.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and market practices.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Superior ability to analyze data, identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement corrective action plans.

• Capability to document, plan, and execute complex programs, adapting to new perspectives and innovative solutions.

• Required proven experience in executing projects in Venezuela.
