This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from the handover stage through planning, site execution, invoicing, and final closeout.

• Utilize technical expertise in Gas Insulated Solutions, Air Insulated Switchgear, and Generator Circuit Breaker equipment to address complex technical issues.

• Take responsibility for project budgets, margins, sales forecasts, contract management, change orders, and claims.

• Deploy field service engineers and supervise subcontractors to fulfill customer commitments.

• Offer solutions that extend beyond standard parameters and leverage internal resources to guarantee project success.

• Keep a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Independently manage a portfolio, providing accurate financial and resource forecasts.

• Coordinate field teams to not only meet but also exceed customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management (preferably in Field Service, Maintenance, or Commissioning).

• Comprehensive knowledge of GIS, ASI, and GCB equipment.

• Hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems), Excel, and contemporary project planning tools.

• Proficiency in English, with required fluency in Dutch and/or French based on the customer portfolio.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, maintain project ownership, provide structured follow-up, and manage timely escalations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of work time within Belgium.

• PMP or IPMA certification is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with Belgian utility providers and industrial clients is preferred.
