This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the development of Project Management team members.
• Ensure that training, onboarding, and development activities are executed and recorded.
• Review project documentation, system configurations, and study deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Conduct team meetings, monitor workloads, offer operational guidance, and assist with forecasting.
• Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics and operational indicators.
• Oversee the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of intricate eCOA studies and programs.
• Collect customer requirements and convert study needs into actionable cross-functional plans.
• Develop, review, and maintain study documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Supervise the distribution, tracking, and management of study devices and equipment.
• Create, review, and disseminate study reports, metrics, and communications.
• Ensure the proper archival of study data, documentation, and project records.
• Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, revenue forecasting, scope, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and stakeholder communications that support contractual obligations and project goals.
• Employ structured problem-solving techniques to address customer concerns, operational challenges, and escalations.
• Maintain issue tracking and guarantee timely resolution of any concerns.
• Act as a subject matter expert and operational resource for cross-functional teams.
• Support strategic initiatives, operational readiness, product introductions, and process enhancement programs.
• Present eCOA services and workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, business development discussions, and client presentations.
• Foster departmental growth through training, coaching, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated expertise in Project Management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or a related industry.
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities in clinical research, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical services.
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle.
• Experience managing technology-enabled clinical trials, including eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, RTSM/IRT, or similar eClinical solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex global studies, budgets, timelines, risks, and customer relationships concurrently.
• Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, budget oversight, invoicing, and scope control.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
