This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee the implementation of one or more Finance Transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, deliverables, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and uphold program governance, which includes executive status updates, materials for steering committees, RAID logs, and portfolio dashboards.
• Recognize, monitor, and proactively address risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies related to Finance, Corporate Technology, and external implementation partners.
• Collaborate with Functional Transformation Leads in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and other Finance divisions to ensure business requirements are consistently aligned.
• Work in conjunction with Corporate Technology teams and System Integrators on Finance systems, data platforms, and enterprise application deployments.
• Assess program health, benefit realization, and strategic outcomes to ensure measurable business value is achieved.
• Aid in change management via communication strategies, training, adoption initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead governance meetings, executive reviews, decision-making sessions, and cross-functional workshops involving senior leadership.
• Standardize governance procedures, templates, reporting frameworks, and best practices in program management.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency among program stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in program or project management, specifically in delivering Finance Transformation, ERP, Enterprise Planning, or Data Platform initiatives within intricate, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level implementations involving technologies such as Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of project governance methodologies, including RAID management, RACI/DACI frameworks, executive reporting, and portfolio governance.
• Capability to manage multiple cross-functional projects while juggling competing priorities and executive expectations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive stance on risk management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present program updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience collaborating with Finance organizations, Corporate Technology teams, and third-party implementation partners.
• Proficiency in operating effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and unclear requirements.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience in supporting Finance organizations through digital transformation or enterprise modernization projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit readiness, or IPO environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or rapidly growing technology companies is preferred.
• Understanding of Finance functions such as FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting is preferred.
