This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and uphold the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise priorities, portfolio objectives, and business outcomes.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, governance, and execution processes for analytics, reporting, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint opportunities and convert business needs into scalable analytics capabilities, reporting products, and insight solutions.
• Assist in the development of business cases, roadmap suggestions, and prioritization materials that align demand, capacity, cost, value, and strategic outcomes.
• Define and track success measures, including leading and lagging indicators, adoption rates, value realization, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives involving business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams to ensure delivery and measurable value.
• Create governance, performance measurement, and operational frameworks that enhance transparency, accountability, decision-making, and portfolio flow.
• Propel the transition from custom reporting to reusable, self-service insights.
• Produce executive-level analyses, presentations, recommendations, and business cases to aid leadership decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment, prioritization discussions, working sessions, and executive readouts throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics, business transformation, program management, portfolio management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, operating models, governance structures, or strategic planning processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to connect analytics capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in translating business objectives into actionable requirements, delivery plans, success measures, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and foster alignment without direct authority.
• Demonstrated success in working within matrixed organizations with competing priorities.
• Previous experience in healthcare, payer, provider, interoperability, population health, or health technology.
• Familiarity with analytics product management, BI strategy, reporting governance, portfolio management, or Lean Portfolio Management.
• Experience in establishing intake, prioritization, value measurement, and capacity management processes.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story development, MVP definition, and roadmap planning.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality, Stars, risk adjustment, interoperability, or clinical data ecosystems.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Databricks and Azure SQL.
• Experience in leading organizational change and self-service analytics transformations.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• An MBA, MPH, MHA, or related advanced degree is preferred.
