This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +9 more states.
β’ Oversee comprehensive program and product delivery across various workstreams.
β’ Manage key milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks associated with intricate initiatives.
β’ Proactively identify and address obstacles.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, stand-ups, and program reviews.
β’ Serve as a liaison between product teams and enablement partners.
β’ Track post-launch adoption and utilization metrics.
β’ Identify opportunities for improvement and orchestrate corrective actions.
β’ Document essential decisions, trade-offs, and strategic reasoning.
β’ Develop and maintain program artifacts, including roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, delivery trackers, and supporting documentation.
β’ Create presentations suitable for executives, briefing materials, status reports, and decision memos.
β’ Lead alignment sessions among stakeholders.
β’ Establish centralized repositories for documentation and ensure consistent documentation standards.
β’ Translate complex program details into communications tailored to specific audiences.
β’ Design templates, frameworks, and playbooks to enhance delivery consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Channel Enablement teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in program delivery, project management, product operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
β’ Experience in supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and adoption enablement activities.
β’ Familiarity with marketing operations, customer engagement, analytics workflows, and/or digital channel management.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation, program plans, and stakeholder communications.
β’ Proven facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
β’ Experience working with product, marketing, data, technology, and channel teams.
β’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
β’ Preferred: experience in health insurance, healthcare, or healthcare technology.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other product development methodologies.
β’ Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project/program management certifications.
β’ Ideal candidates should reside within 50 miles of Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; or Fort Lauderdale, FL.
β’ Must have home internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
β’ A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information is required.
