This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the product marketing strategy and the execution of go-to-market initiatives for the GVH portfolio, which includes nuclear fuel, services, SMR technology, and selected software/digital solutions.
• Create distinctive positioning and a cohesive GVH narrative for product launches, service enhancements, and milestones in the SMR program.
• Develop narratives tailored to specific audiences, translating technical capabilities into customer and business value.
• Act as a market and customer authority on the purchasing processes of utilities, plant operators, and emerging customers.
• Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory changes to guide positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams on packaging, positioning, and market launch strategies.
• Facilitate sales enablement through effective messaging, tools, training, and playbooks.
• Define and monitor product marketing metrics, including adoption rates post-launch, pipeline contributions, win rates, and usage of enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to link initiatives to deal closures and revenue growth.
• Produce and oversee thought leadership content, executive presentations, and narratives for customers, analysts, and the press.
• Provide stakeholders and leadership with updates on launch status, positioning decisions, and program return on investment (ROI).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing complex, technical, or highly regulated products/solutions.
• Required experience in B2B product marketing.
• Preferred background in energy, industrial, or technical/engineering-driven sectors.
• A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Capability to secure authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
• Experience in marketing within the energy, nuclear, industrial technology, or other critical infrastructure industries.
• Familiarity with highly technical and regulated offerings as well as innovation-driven solutions.
• Proven track record in establishing and monitoring product marketing KPIs.
• Experience in leading product launches and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Technical proficiency to communicate effectively with engineers, plant operators, and technical buyers.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into understandable narratives.
• Experience in enabling direct/technical sales and partner teams with effective content and tools.
• Strong business insight and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging market research and customer insights to shape positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent skills in collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Capability to manage multiple diverse product lines or offerings simultaneously.
• A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
