This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Stacker’s client reporting product strategy and roadmap, with an initial emphasis on GEO/AI visibility.
• Lead the development of features from idea to launch by drafting PRDs and user stories, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating throughout the development, QA, and release processes.
• Establish methodologies, metrics, visualizations, and client narratives for reporting on AI search visibility.
• Collaborate with Data Science to analyze reporting data from stories and campaigns to reveal insights, enhance product experiences, support case studies, and develop educational content.
• Gather client feedback, manage beta programs, and consolidate use cases to pinpoint opportunities and set roadmap priorities.
• Ensure alignment among leadership, client-facing teams, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders regarding roadmap decisions, timelines, and investments.
• Monitor trends in SEO, GEO, competitive tools, and AI-driven discovery to guide product direction.
• Sustain partnerships with SEO/GEO tool providers and industry experts.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, client reporting and analytics, agency SEO, or related product-building roles, preferably in media, data, or marketing technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in researching, working on, or developing GEO-related projects.
• Strong understanding of the SEO, content marketing, martech, and AI visibility (GEO) landscape.
• Practical experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, Profound, Airops, Peec.ai, or similar SEO/GEO platforms.
• Knowledge of AI search, including LLMs, retrieval systems, and citations, and their relationship with content strategy, PR, earned media, and SEO.
• Proven track record of leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various teams.
• Proficient analytical skills utilizing datasets and tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including presenting to senior stakeholders and client-facing teams.
• Experience authoring PRDs and working collaboratively with Engineering and Design throughout full product development cycles.
• Nice-to-have: 2+ years of experience with AI, automation, or data-intensive products.
• Nice-to-have: B2B SaaS experience involving client-facing dashboards, portals, or reporting functionalities.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in creating enablement materials and training go-to-market teams.
• Nice-to-have: Established connections within the SEO, GEO, or AI search ecosystem.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with content performance measurement, data storytelling, and client-facing insight reporting.
