Lead Product Manager, Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the engagement and employee listening strategy.

• Shape the future of employee listening for Lattice and its HR-leader clientele.

• Create product experiences that empower HR leaders to collect feedback, gain insights, and take action.

• Oversee discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration processes.

• Collaborate with Research to comprehend the needs, workflows, and decisions of HR leaders.

• Convert customer challenges and product strategy into exceptional experiences in collaboration with Engineering and Design.

• Work alongside Data Science to pinpoint opportunities, assess outcomes, and enhance the product.

• Team up with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, and customer communications.

• Establish and influence key results that demonstrate value for customers and Lattice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Hands-on experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products.

• A well-defined and knowledgeable perspective on the future of employee listening.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, high-impact product challenges from strategy to execution and measurable customer results.

• Profound customer empathy and a keen understanding of HR leaders' priorities and challenges.

• Strong product judgment.

• Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing.

• A proactive approach and ability to create clarity and drive momentum.

• Experience in developing products for HR, people teams, or intricate organizational workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products is an advantage.
