Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and prospects both on-site and remotely, collaborating with solutions consultants to establish the field-learning agenda.

• Create and manage a discovery panel of compliance, risk, and operations professionals from banks, VASPs, and regulatory bodies for structured, including compensated, interviews.

• Transform conversations with clients and insights from consultants into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions.

• Record the reasoning behind requests and advocate for prioritization to leadership.

• Showcase CertiK products and services to client teams, prospects, and regulators through demonstrations, workshops, and tender presentations.

• Accompany Business Development and consultants on significant client visits, primarily within the US, with occasional trips to Europe, the Middle East, and other regions.

• Lead the roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering teams.

• Serve as the customer representative within CertiK.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably within fintech, regtech, compliance software, or at a regulated financial institution.

• Knowledge of financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products.

• Proven experience in managing complete product cycles from discovery to launch within a regulated or enterprise environment.

• Capability to identify fundamental client needs and illustrate how they influenced product development.

• Native or fully proficient in English.

• Strong professional presentation skills tailored for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.

• Established prioritization framework and a history of converting customer feedback into delivered features.

• Adequate technical understanding to question engineering decisions and maintain a stance under opposition.

• Ability to guide discovery through consultants as well as through direct engagement.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the US and internationally as necessary.

• Bonus: prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform.

• Bonus: knowledge of FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions, or MiCA-type requirements related to digital assets.

• Bonus: understanding of US, UK, or EU regulations regarding digital assets.

• Bonus: experience with regulators or involvement in regulatory tenders.
