Lead Product Manager – Core Platform Stream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the development and expansion of the core platform, guaranteeing system stability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Oversee and prioritize the product roadmap, emphasizing business impact and operational effectiveness.

• Define, monitor, and enhance key metrics such as product stability, time to market (T2M), operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Propel automation and monitoring efforts to minimize manual processes and operational risks.

• Assess the effects of initiatives on workload, costs, and overall platform performance.

• Create internal tools for operational teams, including Finance, Payments, CMS, CRM, and Affiliates.

• Collaborate with third-party solutions and integrations to enhance platform performance.

• Lead and nurture the product team, which includes Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Business Project Managers.

• Promote a culture driven by systems and metrics.

• Share results, insights, and strategic initiatives with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with platform or high-load products.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience as Team Lead, Product Lead, or Head of Product.

• Familiarity with high-load systems and scalable platform architectures.

• Understanding of platform components such as core systems, payments, CMS, CRM, reporting, and integrations.

• Strong technical foundation in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and incident management, including root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortems.

• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of API architecture.

• Strategic and systems-oriented thinking with a data-driven approach, including service level agreements (SLA), uptime, and operational metrics.

• Experience with multi-brand platforms is an advantage.

• Familiarity with iGaming regulatory requirements is a plus.

• Experience in optimizing operational processes through automation is a plus.

• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance efficiency is a plus.
