Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Define the product strategy across various product domains

• Lead intricate product initiatives from the discovery phase to scaling

• Collaborate with executive leadership on key company priorities

• Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision

• Guide cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market

• Mentor and nurture product managers

• Establish product processes, metrics, and standards

• Drive significant launches and strategic initiatives

• Identify new market and product opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management

• Proven leadership in various product initiatives

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen

• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders and executives

• High level of technical fluency

• Demonstrable ability to build and enhance product organizations

• Fluent in English is required

• Experience with AI/ML products is a plus

• Familiarity with developer or infrastructure products is a plus

• Experience in a scale-up environment is a plus

• Experience in managing or mentoring PM teams is a plus
