This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead the Fleet Vertical across Europe.
• Take charge of product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for solutions tailored to fleet operators and commercial vehicle clients throughout Europe.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and product leader.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to achieve scalable outcomes.
• Define the product portfolio encompassing charging hardware, fleet management software, and energy management solutions.
• Establish vision and make decisions regarding pricing, packaging, and launching for the Fleet segment.
• Ensure alignment among engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations concerning market opportunities and business priorities.
• Manage the hardware portfolio and software platforms to create a cohesive product experience for European fleet customers.
• Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships, including relationships with truck and bus OEMs.
• Contribute insights on whether to build, buy, or partner.
• Monitor market trends and competitive offerings.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to align product direction with the needs of the fleet market and customer satisfaction goals.
• Convey complex concepts and foster alignment among stakeholders, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
• 12 years of experience in fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, or related mobility sectors.
• Proven track record in product management, business development, corporate strategy, or leadership roles in services/operations.
• Preferred experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle clients, or energy management solutions.
• Experience with truck charging is advantageous.
• Possess intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, collaboration skills, user-centric approach, and strategic mindset.
• Ability to function effectively as an individual contributor within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to translate complex technical and commercial ideas into clear, structured narratives.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong preference for familiarity with the European EV regulatory landscape and fleet market dynamics.
