Lead Product Designer, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of growth surfaces from start to finish, encompassing signup, deposits, onboarding, first-session experiences, rewards, tiers, challenges, races, lifecycle, and re-engagement.

• Create behavior-focused interventions by identifying player challenges, formulating hypotheses, and assessing behavioral outcomes.

• Develop experimental variants and collaborate with data science for analysis and insights.

• Rapidly prototype using AI to generate clickable and functional artifacts.

• Champion reward and retention strategies that foster long-term player trust and fairness.

• Enhance the design system and elevate quality through constructive feedback.

• Mentor designers as the team expands.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, VIP/BD, and lifecycle teams.

• Shape the roadmap and strategy, as well as oversee execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product design for consumer products.

• Background in at least one hyper-growth startup with a significant personal impact.

• Proven success in enhancing activation, conversion, retention, or monetization metrics.

• Authentic enthusiasm for iGaming, with experience in casino, sportsbook, or poker either as a professional or player.

• Strong understanding of behavioral psychology, including reward schedules, variable reinforcement, progression and status systems, framing, and loss aversion.

• Proven ability to build AI-native solutions through self-created prototypes, tools, agents, or workflows.

• Capability to articulate the strengths and limitations of AI within the design process.

• Excellent product design skills with modern, refined UI capabilities.

• Proficient in Figma and a variety of prototyping tools.

• Familiarity with crypto and Web3 mechanics, and interest in their applications in gaming.

• Strong autonomy and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to justify design decisions, provide constructive feedback, and foster consensus.

• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.

• Must include one AI-built item and a brief description of lessons learned.
