Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product design from problem identification through research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration.

• Create interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, enabling users to understand, manage, trust, and control autonomous software.

• Streamline intricate workflows involving configuration, integrations, multi-step processes, system states, permissions, and complex B2B product experiences.

• Design experiences and products for buyers to configure, deploy, comprehend, and manage Superhumans.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify problems and develop solutions.

• Create prototypes using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and code-based methods.

• Conduct customer interviews and usability testing sessions.

• Transition between systems-level thinking and detailed interaction and visual design.

• Remain engaged throughout the implementation process and ensure design quality assurance.

• Advance the design system and reusable interaction patterns.

• Leverage product data, customer feedback, and observed behavior to assess the effectiveness of released experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product design experience, preferably with complex B2B SaaS or similarly advanced digital products.

• A portfolio showcasing outstanding interaction and visual design skills.

• Proven experience in simplifying intricate workflows, configuration-intensive products, administrative experiences, workflow builders, data-rich interfaces, or products with significant depth and state.

• Strong product judgment skills.

• Ability to navigate from ambiguous problems to defined interaction models without having all requirements specified initially.

• Experience in conducting usability research and engaging directly with customers.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities.

• A tendency to prototype and make ideas tangible early in the process.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and comprehend technical constraints.

• Preferred experience with AI-native or agentic products, particularly in areas such as trust, control, automation, uncertainty, or human-AI collaboration.

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups is preferred.

• Background in complex enterprise software, workflow tools, integrations, or configurable platforms is preferred.

• Proficiency with modern AI and code-based prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, or Claude Code is preferred.

• Experience in evolving or contributing to a design system is preferred.

• Familiarity with revenue or go-to-market technology is preferred.

• Must indicate whether work sponsorship will be necessary for full-time employment in the U.S.
