Lead People Partner – Technology

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in engineering, data, and platform sectors.

• Align the people strategy with the execution of the roadmap and the evolution of the organization.

• Oversee people partnerships throughout the Technology and Product divisions.

• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, and team transformations.

• Assume full responsibility for Engineering and Product people partnerships.

• Mentor, develop, and provide direction for a Senior People Partner.

• Utilize people analytics to guide decisions regarding capabilities, attrition, and costs.

• Enhance performance, engagement, and team dynamics within distributed, asynchronous, and multi-country teams.

• Manage senior and sensitive employee relations cases.

• Report directly to the People Director.

• Collaborate with the CTO and the leadership team across Engineering, Data, Analytics, IT, and Security.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant HR experience in partnership with engineering organizations within a scaling technology or fintech environment.

• Proven experience in leading or formally coaching HR business partners.

• Demonstrated depth in organizational design, including leveling, spans and layers, and function redesign.

• A strategic and operational scope that ranges from long-term organizational strategy to team-level execution.

• Experience in supporting cross-cultural teams across various regions.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people priorities into business outcomes at the leadership level.

• Proficient in operating independently at the C-level.

• Sound employee relations judgment across multiple jurisdictions.

• Familiarity with UK/Europe employment law is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Capability to collaborate with globally distributed teams in engineering, data, platform, Product, IT, and Security.
