This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement SEM strategies that align with client objectives.
• Perform keyword research and conduct competitive analysis.
• Create and oversee campaign budgets and forecasts.
• Design testing roadmaps and enhance clients' SEM programs.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reports featuring campaign highlights and forthcoming testing priorities.
• Develop, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
• Craft and refine ad copy to improve click-through rates.
• Establish and optimize landing pages aimed at conversion rate enhancement.
• Execute A/B tests and other strategies for campaign optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Paid Search Strategists.
• Assign tasks, establish performance objectives, and offer guidance.
• Facilitate team meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate reports and provide suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Engage with clients regarding business objectives, results, insights, and recommendations.
• Address client inquiries and concerns.
• Remain updated on industry trends, search algorithm modifications, emerging technologies, and new tools.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Generally, 5+ years of experience in managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads and other pertinent digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Proficiency in SEO is advantageous.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
• Must reside in the USA.
• Must be eligible to work without employment visa sponsorship.
