Lead, IT Architecture – SAP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive the comprehensive SAP architecture strategy and roadmap for the organization.

• Design and execute intricate, enterprise-wide SAP solutions that align with business goals.

• Enhance solution performance while ensuring scalability and robustness.

• Spearhead architectural innovation and assess emerging technologies.

• Create and sustain architectural blueprints.

• Evaluate implementation strategies and set up financial accounting consolidation solutions.

• Lead cross-functional and global implementation teams.

• Supervise end-to-end implementation processes, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Provide technical expertise to implementation teams.

• Define project scope with stakeholders and effectively communicate designs.

• Act as a liaison between various teams.

• Mentor junior staff and technical teams.

• Share insights on SAP trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant professional experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, or, in the absence of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP.

• Proficient in the SAP HCM module, which includes HR master data and personnel administration, personnel structure, personnel actions, and configuration of employee groups and subgroups to facilitate payroll and time management processes.

• Experience in cross-functional integration between HR and Finance.

• Capability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Experience with SAP upgrade projects, particularly from ECC to S/4HANA, familiarity with DevOps in SAP environments, and relevant SAP certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, leading global projects, and collaborating with external vendors is advantageous.

• Expertise in SAP architecture frameworks, integration tools, and ABAP is a plus.
