This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations for the assigned team

• Manage daily tasks and allocate assignments

• Train, mentor, and enhance the skills of both new and existing team members

• Facilitate communication regarding business and team updates through meetings, one-on-ones, and team huddles

• Provide insights and suggestions on performance management, promotions, terminations, and performance-related issues

• Collaborate with management to establish best practices that enhance team performance

• Address escalated client and departmental issues and determine resolutions

• Take necessary action regarding employee performance and conduct issues in conjunction with managers

• Conduct quality assessments and evaluations

• Hold weekly meetings with teams to review assignments and performance metrics

• Resolve escalated client issues while liaising with Paylocity leadership, executives, and C-level client contacts

• Identify areas for improvement and suggest additional training

• Lead training sessions for both new and existing team members

• Create, update, and maintain training and reference materials

• Serve as a technical resource and address inquiries

• Manage incoming workloads through queue monitoring, organization, and communication with Implementation Managers, Team Leads, Consultants, and Data Conversion

• Update tools and internal training documentation

• Perform other assigned tasks


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in Payroll Implementation is required

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience

• Previous Implementation and/or internal support experience is highly recommended

• Management experience is an advantage

• Familiarity with Paylocity’s tools is preferred

• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly strong in Excel

• Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day

• Capability to operate a computer, utilize phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously

• Must be available five days a week during designated work hours

• Must work from within the U.S.
